Planning a lil’ sunlight in your routine more often might do the trick

Maybe it’s just me, but after sitting inside all morning and then wanting a snack, suddenly when I’m in the sun for an hour I don’t feel hungry anymore?
Especially after a big cup of coffee, even with a snack, my hunger cravings weren’t going away. Then, when I realize I have to work outside for an hour, when I come back inside I don’t even notice that I’m hungry.
Is this proof that we, as humans, eat sunlight? Or is there another factor at play?
Either the prior, or maybe my love of leaves as turned me into a leaf itself 🍃
