Acedic vinegar tea, very good for gut, will update on my experience making it- the detox headache I first had, to the e-coli (i think) that gave me food illness from not rinsing SCOBY after a month, to the health benefits that have made it all worth it.
Fun fact, soda may have been inspired by kombucha, except it’s cheap and disgusting (terrible for you)
