• 1/2-1 cup Oatmeal
  • 1/2-1 cup Blueberries or/and other berries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/3-1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp of:
    • Spirulina
    • Moringa powder
  • 1 tbs Cacao (better) or Cocoa powder
  • Splash of creamer, milk, juice, etc.
  • Enough water for consistency (1/8 - 1/4 - 1/2 cup)
